We at Odyssey Pilot Hours are proud to announce that our time building facility in Erie, Colorado, is adding 5 more airplanes to its current 3 airplane operation. Since opening our doors in May 2021, we have helped over 80 pilots add a cumulative total of 10,000+ hours of quality flight time to their pilot logbooks, and we are so excited to see these numbers double in 2023. Alion Aviation s.r.o. is pleased to announce it has received a letter of intent from Odyssey Pilot Hours LLC to acquire $1.13 million worth of JMB VL3 S-LSA aircraft.
The proposed transaction would include, at a minimum, 5 JMB VL3 S-LSA aircraft. The aircraft will be registered in the United States as the first technologically advanced Special Light Sport Aircraft from JMB and will be used for pilot hour accumulation and a wide range of flight training.
The JMB VL3 S-LSA aircraft will be equipped with Rotax 912 engines, dual Garmin G3X PFD’s, a Garmin GNX375 IFR navigator, Garmin Autopilot, a fixed pitch (ground adjustable) DUC Propeller. The aircraft will include custom paint specific to OPH branding.
Adam Coubal, owner of Alion Aviation, said, “We are so thrilled to receive this LOI from Odyssey, as it begins a long partnership that is very exciting for everyone involved”. The deal is being brokered by Mr. Josh Scheid. Mr. Scheid has a history of successful sales in the Light Sport Aircraft market and will continue to promote the LSA VL3 in the flight training segment of general aviation.
